The credit report itself is not available for physical distribution to the client; however, we will review its contents with you and disclose the associated FICO® mortgage credit scores.

A mortgage credit report fee will apply at closing, however depending on the closing cost option you select you may or may not receive a lender credit for that fee.

To access your free initial mortgage credit report content and information, a complete loan application—including all requested supporting documents and information—must be submitted.
